The artist
Katerine Louineau – Plastic artist
Katerine Louineau is a committed artist who navigates with ease between painting, setup, writing and photography. She constantly questions the commonalities of our imaginations and our common imaginations : her leitmotiv could be to seek junction in difference.
In Greek, a painter is «zoographos», in other words a describer of the living or the animal, everything that is animated. Katerine Louineau explores with sensitivity the animal figure, which is for her the expression of a mute figure of otherness.
For her tiny house, she chose to give life to a salamander, a nocturnal amphibian you can encounter in the forest of Orleans !

About Naos
Each tiny house is named after a star, which becomes a source of inspiration. Naos belongs to the constellation of Puppis. It is a blue supergiant and is exceptionally warm star.
It is important to know that in astronomy, our landmarks are shaken : stars come in a variety of colors determined by their temperature. In a counter-intuitive way, the warmest stars are blue while the coldest stars are red.
The particularity of Naos is to be a runaway star : in other words, it moves in space with a high speed.
