For her tiny house, Clémence Dupont researched the flora and fauna of the Orléans forest in order to design a breathtaking landscape. Passionate about the cosmos, the artist offers the star a magnificent frame.

About Antarès
Each tiny house is named after a star, which becomes a source of inspiration. Antares is a red supergiant of the Scorpius constellation. It is one of the largest stars in our galaxy. In a million years – which is a very near future in astronomy time – it will explode as a supernova: when this happens, it will become a star as bright as the full moon for several months !
The name of the star comes from the Greek Ἀντάρης which means «like Ares». Ares is the god of war. In Persia, it was one of the four royal stars in 3000 B.C. and marked the winter solstice. Look at the sky: the red glow of Antares is often visible to the naked eye !
