Each tiny house is named after a star, which becomes a source of inspiration. Vega is the brightest star in the constellation of Lyra, and the fifth brightest star in the sky. Its exceptional properties have made it a recurring subject of study in the history of astronomy.
In Greek mythology, the constellation of Lyra comes from the harp of Orpheus, and the star Vega represents the handle of the instrument. At the time of the Roman Empire, the beginning of fall was modelled on the time when Vega disappeared behind the horizon. In the Middle Ages, astrologists considered Vega as a star with magical properties, which was associated with peridot, a precious stone, and savory, a Mediterranean aromatic plant.
